We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive to be the face of our centre and ensure a positive experience for our students and parents. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in customers, parents, and students.

  • Attend to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on our courses, schedules, and programmes.

  • Effectively converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with a diverse range of clients.

  • Manage student registration and process course fee payments accurately.

  • Provide essential administrative support to our teaching staff, including the preparation of materials and attendance tracking.

  • Maintain the front desk and general environment of the centre, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.

  • Perform general administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent.

  • Must be bilingual and able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking students and parents.

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles is highly advantageous.

  • A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and as a collaborative team member.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time position based on a 5-day work week.

  • Applicants must be willing to work on both weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

  • The role requires working on a rotating shift schedule, with weekday shifts ending at 9:30 PM.
