Job Description

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist should be dynamic, socially-active and possess the “X-Factor”. He/She is responsible for talent growth on our app and should possess a keen eye for spotting outstanding talents. This is a sales role with an attractive base pay plus on-target achievement remuneration.
What We Will Entrust You With:

  • Organize and lead a team of part-time promoters to recruit independent talents in school campus and other exciting venues
  • Talent spotting – pick out and recruit service stars of tomorrow
  • Execute recruitment campaigns with the support of the marketing team
  • Manage key relationships with elite talents and support their promotion activities
  • Help key accounts gain wider market exposure, acceptance and grow their income
