Business Operation and Administrative Executive / Manager (Education) - Full Time

Full time business operation and Administrative Manager / Executive (Education)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the functional team on daily operations and administration matters / tasks in a meticulous manner.
  • Support functional teams on the daily operational tasks which includes:
    • Operations (Co-ordination of staff scheduling and smooth delivery of courses)
    • Administration (Proper filing system and Organise and schedule meetings)
    • Training (Liaise and Co-ordinate with clients and trainers for workshop preparation and logistics; Feedback and Reporting)
    • Finance (Invoicing to clients and ensuring timely payment)
    • Proper Book-keeping of the business and payroll
    • Interact and coordinate effectively with clients / stakeholder on business and administrative matters­
  • Provide logistical support for events, meetings, trainings and courses
  • Assist with documentation and submission of reports to the management, when required
  • Respond to enquiries and feedback
  • Improving business procedure and SOP
  • Planning , budgeting and reporting 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least a year of related working experience. Those with experience in the education industry will have an added advantage
  • Possess good initiative, outgoing and a great team player
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting and general management skills
  • Adaptive to change with a positive work attitude
  • A good problem solver
  • Must be willingly to travel around Singapore ( branches to branches )

Time : 1pm - 10pm weekday / 10am - 7pm

21 and above ( Mature, responsible and independent )

O level and above

Prior to Operation and Training experienced will be good

$2500 to $3600
