Real Estate Photography Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to join our real estate photography team. The successful candidate will work closely with our real estate team to capture and produce high-quality real estate images. The role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about photography and is looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting as well as develop their professional portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with our real estate team to capture high-quality images of properties (indoor and outdoor setting).

• Use photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and tripods, to produce high-quality images

• Edit and retouch images using photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

• Assist with staging and preparation of properties for photo shoots

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and responding to client inquiries

• Attend team meetings and provide input on creative concepts and new ideas for photo shoots

• Manage and organise digital files of images

Expected Skillsets:

• Experience with photography equipment, including DSLR cameras, lighting, and tripods

• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

• Knowledge of real estate photography techniques, including composition and lighting

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

• Sufficient knowledge in backing up assets

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a photography or related program or recently graduated

• Experience with real estate photography is a plus

• Strong portfolio showcasing photography skills

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to different locations for photo shoots

This is a paid internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

The intern will work closely with our real estate team to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in real estate photography.
