Staarch Pte Ltd – Accounts Officer

Staarch Pte Ltd is a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, project and construction management firm that exists to help our developer clients compete internationally and successfully in the property marketplace, by providing the very best in engineering, architecture, hotel and residential, interior design, construction management and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts in Quickbooks including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP). Close monthly accounts to generate financial reports (such as P&L, Balance Sheet ) for management.
• Prepare invoices, process payments and documents such as vouchers, employee reimbursements.
• Ensure AR and AP in Quickbooks are updated properly with receipts, payments, invoices
• Prepare reports such as bank reconciliation, cashflow forecast, annual budget 
• Follow up/collection of payment for outstanding invoices/debts from AR
• Perform other duties assigned by Managing Director

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA or relevant accounting qualifications.
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience. 
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Proficient in accounting software (such as QuickBooks), Microsoft Office Excel/Word
• Experience in follow up/collection of payment for outstanding invoices/debts from AR. 
• Competent fast learner who can work independently under pressure and possess good communication/interpersonal skills
