Responsibilities:
Conceptualize concept and schematic designs;
Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals;
Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
Liaise and coordinate project-relevant issues with clients, consultants, contractors;
Authority submission
Contract administration

Requirements:
Recognized Master of Architecture or equivalentWell-versed in authority submission process, requirements and guidelines;
Familiar with software such as Autocad/Sketchup/MS Project
