Responsibilities:
Conceptualize concept and schematic designs;Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals;Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with clients;Oversee progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors;Authority submissionContract administration

Requirements:
Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalentWell-versed in authority submission process, requirements and guidelines;|Familiar with Autocad/Sketchup/MS Project
