Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize concept and schematic designs;
• Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals; 
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications; 
• Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with clients; 
• Oversee progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors;
• Authority submission 
• Contract administration

Requirements: 

• Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent. 
• Well-versed in authority submission process, requirements and guidelines. 
• Familiar with Autocad/Sketchup/MS Project
