Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize concept and schematic designs;
- Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals;
- Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
- Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with clients;
- Oversee progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors;
- Authority submission
- Contract administration
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Well-versed in authority submission process, requirements and guidelines.
- Familiar with Autocad/Sketchup/MS Project
