Batya Shulman has over 22 years banking and financial services experience. She was previously Regional Head of Finance, Asia for a leading Australian bank. Batya is passionate about educating and empowering people on financial well being.
Job Description
Role and responsibility:
Role reports directly to Partner and helps her with workshops, events and communications. Work hours are fully flexible and ability to work remotely. Tasks included but not limited to:
- Preparing handouts for workshops
- Collating feedback from workshops and events
- Processing attendee information in Salesforce and database
- Following up attendees and making appointments
- Communications pre and post events including email, LinkedIn and personal webpage
- Updating website with content
- Maintaining client/prospect distribution list
- Administration tasks pre events including confirming catering, room setup, prizes etc
- Working closely with marketing team on co-ordination of events for Partners
- Other tasks assigned by Partner
Required skills:
- Good English communication skills – including written and verbal
- Interpersonal and friendly
- Strong customer focus
- A can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Coachable
- Motivated and a self-starter
- Singapore citizen
