Webmaster (Part-time / Freelance)

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve WordPress marketing websites and landing pages
• Provide support to the performance marketing team on ad tracking and implementations
• Responsible for website content management that features best user experience, mobile-friendly, and up to date content
• Monitor, analyze, and report on all online traffic
• Implement and work with the SEO team on website optimization
• Review the site content and update with current SEO trends
• Analyze site performance and ensure website and web server functionality and efficiency
• Communicate with management on ways to improve the usability

Requirements 

• 2 years’ experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
• Proficient with web analytics and tracking tools
• Understanding of search engine optimization and current best practices
• Highly proficient in WordPress plugins, PHP, HTML/CSS, jQuery, AJAX, Python etc.
• A keen eye for details. Can manage multi-tasks in an organized way
• Project management skills for launching web related projects
• General networking and collaboration work such as web servers and email services
• Experience with web design, Photoshop and video editing is a plus
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation and digital marketing is a plus
