Job Description
1. Office Supplies & Vendor Management
- Manage procurement of office supplies, pantry items, stationery and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, service agreements, repairs and invoice processing.
- Maintain proper purchase records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
2. Document & Data Management
- Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports and internal communication.
- Strictly handle confidential information.
3. Other Support Tasks
- Provide general administrative support to departments and management.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Office Manager / HR Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or above; fields such as Business Administration or related are preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration.
- Fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
