Job Description

Role

As a Human Resource Intern, you will be involved with talent acquisition, HR projects, and other HR-related duties.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Participate in HR operations tasks such as data entry, grant applications, onboarding procedures, and vendor communication to guarantee operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting the job ad, vetting candidates, setting up interviews, and creating the letter of appointment.

Talent Management

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's corporate wellness program and staff engagement activities.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of the employee engagement survey with the team. This covers action planning and post-survey analysis.
  • Bolster the yearly talent management initiatives such as annual performance review

Additional HR Commitments

  • Offer recommendations for enhancing work efficiency through ongoing improvement.
  • Support all HR operating procedures and special projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or Management or equivalent
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude, with a desire to extend existing skillset and use initiative to solve problems
  • Strong and independent team player
  • Great attention to details
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech start-up environment
