We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Admin Intern to provide support to the HR Manager. The HR Admin Intern will assist in administrative duties such as office mangement, finance and HR-related tasks.
This is a guided 3-6 month internship with a review for conversion to a full time role. Business/HR/Accounts grads or individuals interested to pursue these career paths are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day office administrative matters
- Organizing and maintaining records, databases and filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Keep track of schedule and make necessary follow up
- Ad-hoc duties when required
- Ability to handle confidential financial and HR information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in office management will be a bonus
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
The HR Admin Intern will report directly to the HR Manager. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the HR department and the organization.
