You will be trained and expected to manage and develop Candidate Relationships in the first 3 – 4 Months of the traineeship; and the development of client relationships in the last 2 Months of the traineeship in order to generate business for the Company.
Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Management
- Candidate Update Calls
- Cleaning of Candidate Database
- Job Publishing
- Interviewing and registering Candidates
- Developing and managing Candidate pool/portfolio
- Attracting new candidates via Networking, Job boards, Recommendation rewards, Headhunting where appropriate
- Maintaining call cycles for selected specialist pool of candidates
- Maintaining relationships with both registered and placed Candidates including placement administration and after care
- Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new vacancy notifications and updates on candidate applications
- Searching internal database and online sites for suitable candidates to submit for vacancies
- Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback
- Reference Checks on Candidates
- Managing client offers to candidates (after Month 4/5)
2. Client Management (after Month 4/5)
- Will have autonomy within own specialist client base and/or Market Segment
- Appreciate and understand client’s needs, goals and how affected by the market
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times
- Generate client information
- Produce individual client strategies
- Involvement with business strategy, via consultation
3. Business Generation
- Candidate Reverse Marketing
- Headhunting and networking to develop Spring brand and reputation
- Participating in marketing events
- Conduct sales calls in order to introduce Spring services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients
- Ability to develop accounts from new to reliable
- Identify and win new business
- Keep in close contact with existing clients to keep abreast of their needs
- Job Lead Creation/Generation; chasing of Job Leads
- Generate leads from all possible sources including networking, new client calling, client referrals within other business areas.
- Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market
- Negotiate with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business
- Meeting New Business Development KPI’s; marketing calls, client meetings and candidate client interviews
- Autonomy in own specialist Clients
- Given direction over market and working to set business plan
- Ability to execute business plan
