Job Description
The Social Media cum Admin intern will be responsible for
- Assist in day-to-day operations and management of social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook and EDM
- Planning, creating, scheduling and posting content (video interviews, tips, home and lifestyle/cleaning hacks) which is both employer and migrant domestic worker-facing
- Promote the employment agency’s services and educational content for employers and prospective candidates from overseas
- Create engaging content for all major social media platforms to increase brand awareness
- Brainstorm/offer ideas for social media projects/opportunities
- Schedule content to be published on social media at ideal times
- Conduct Whatsapp/FB video interviews with prospective job candidates (migrant domestic workers/caregivers) and crafting a professional biodata for the respective candidates
- Conduct welfare checks on migrant workers in Singapore and record feedback in a MOM form provided
