Traineeship Description
· Source and coordinate with vendor to develop a new online educational platform.
· Assistant to the Principal in this project and ensure that the development of the new online educational platform is completed on time.
· Expand Spring College’s online school with the new online educational platform to Southeast Asian market.
· Develop marketing strategies to position Spring College in a competitive position in the education industry.
· Keep track of the e-commerce marketing efforts, analyse data and use the findings to improve current marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with marketing colleagues to collect necessary content to use for the online classes.
· Monitor day-to-day activity on the platform and its overall performance to achieve excellent user experience and increase website traffic and sales.
· Manage the online teaching platform and provide support to solve technical issues faced by colleagues and customers.
Competencies Trainee will learn:
· Learn to develop a new platform and acquire the technical skills needed
· Acquire project management skills
· Acquire sales and marketing, and business development skills
· Develop marketing strategies and analyse data

Qualifications and Requirement:
· Degree in E-Commerce/Marketing from a recognised university
· Good knowledge on e-commerce, marketing, and social media marketing platform
· A self-starter, highly motivated, independent individual and able to work in a team
· Ability to take initiative and accountability to complete the online educational platform development within timeframe given
· Good written and verbal communication skills to engage both internal and external customers
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin
