Role Overview
We are looking for a Sports Admin Intern to support the daily operations of our academy. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sports management, event coordination, and football operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions, matches, and events while maintaining high standards of organization, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Venue Setup & Logistics: Assist in the setup and breakdown of training venues, matches, and events, ensuring all equipment is in place.
Event Support: Help organize academy events, tournaments, and special activities, including coordinating with vendors and partners.
Equipment & Inventory Management: Track and maintain our inventory, and training/ match equipment, ensuring proper storage, availability, and condition of all items.
Player Safety & Site Maintenance: Ensure a safe training environment by checking that facilities and equipment meet safety standards. Support coaches in monitoring player well-being.
Maintaining Site Cleanliness & Order: Ensure training and match venues remain clean and organized before, during, and after use.
Customer Service & Administration: Assist with parent and player inquiries, provide information on schedules and academy operations, and support customer communications.
Operational Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, player registrations, and coordination with stakeholders.
On-Site Coordination: Provide support during training sessions and match days to ensure a seamless experience for players and coaches.
General Academy Assistance: Support the coaching and admin team with ad-hoc tasks related to academy operations.
Requirements
Passion for football and sports management.

Team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Willingness to work on weekends and evenings as required.
Prior experience in sports administration, event management, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
