- Job Description
Assignment Specification:
- Perform follow-up with survey respondents via telephone calls, to encourage survey completion rate
- Work with project team to address survey-related issues
- Administer the survey via telephone calls
- Other adhoc administrative task
Screening Criteria:
- Prior telemarketing or telephone interviewing experience is a plus.
- Pleasant disposition on the phone.
- Good communication skills.
- General knowledge of online survey.
- Able to follow instructions clearly.
