The Job

• Client liaison and document management
• Assist in timely follow-up through phone calls and emails to collect event promotion materials
• Coordinate and liaise with clients and relevant parties through phone calls and emails, to collect, consolidate and sort out orders documents, and to keep track on the outstanding payment.
• Provide support to marketing department, administrative and operational support
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Good in written and verbal skills
• Good in both English and Mandarin due to operational requirements
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
