JD: Plan shoots independently Apply journalistic/producer skills of research, writing and interviewing newsmakers Technically sound in operating video camera equipment, audio and lighting, and video editing tools Handle shoots independently Pitch video story ideas that reflect news trends and audience interests Be creative in visual storytelling Stay up to date on the news, research and write Collaborate and communicate with others Learn to experiment and be audience-centric, guided by data analytics.

Requirements: Able to operate video equipment such as camera, lighting, audio Able to do video editing using Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus. Able to apply fundamentals of visual storytelling Able to stay up to date with the news, research and write Able to collaborate and communicate with others.

Learning opportunity: On-the-job training: Shadow and be mentored by senior videographers and video editors before handling shoots and edits independently. Learn techniques for shooting and video editing. Work with producers and supervisors on research and scriptwriting Learn to experiment and be audience-centric, guided by data analytics. You will learn how to plan shoots independently, apply journalistic/producer skills of research, writing and interviewing newsmakers, operate video camera equipment, audio and lighting video edit with a focus on strong visual storytelling, pitch video story ideas and use data analytics 

Working hours: On Shift, AM shift (10am-7pm) PM shift (2.30pm-11.30pm) 

 Motion graphic artist intern 

JD: Tell visual stories using animation and graphics, and be up to scratch in motion design tools. Suitable interns can also do virtual studio production. Ability to do 3D animation is a plus Pitch ideas that reflect news trends and audience interests Be creative in visual storytelling Stay up to date with the news Collaborate and communicate with others Learn to experiment and be audience-centric, guided by data analytics

Requirements: Proficient in use of After Effects and other motion design tools Able to do simple video editing using Premiere Pro Able to collaborate and communicate with others 

Learning opportunity: On-the-job training: Shadow and be mentored by senior motion graphic artists, to begin with, before handling own design work Learn creative techniques and workflows, and be able to handle jobs independently Work with producers, video editors and supervisors Learn to experiment and be audience-centric, guided by data analytics. You will learn how to plan design work and apply journalistic skills like research and knowledge of news in design, Be technically sound in operating software Be able to handle segments of design work independently Be able to focus on strong visual storytelling Be able to experiment and be audience-centric, guided by data analytics.
