Role Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic Operational Technology (OT) Engineer Intern to support our in-house application development and migration projects. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to modernize internal web systems, gaining hands-on experience in C# programming, web development, and SQL database management. This internship is ideal for polytechnic and university students with a passion for software, systems integration, and industrial IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recoding legacy ASP web pages using Visual Studio and C#
Support the migration of internal web applications from Windows Server 2008 to IIS on Windows Server 2019
Gain exposure to webpage coding, application debugging, and interface enhancements
Work with SQL databases for data handling and system integration
Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure systems run efficiently and securely
Requirements:
Programming knowledge (C# preferred)
Familiarity with Visual Studio and basic web technologies
Interest in Operational Technology, systems migration, and enterprise web applications
Willingness to learn, problem-solve, and contribute to technical projects
