SPH Media Limited – Enterprise Marketing Intern

Singapore's largest omnichannel media network, bringing you trusted news and lifestyle content across print, digital, radio and outdoor media. 

We’re looking for a motivated intern to support the Enterprise Marketing team in planning and executing marketing initiatives and corporate events, gaining hands-on experience in event management, campaign operations, data analytics, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist in the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of corporate events, conferences, seminars, and partner activations.

2. Campaign & Marketing Operations 

• Support the execution of enterprise marketing campaigns, including data preparation, content coordination, asset tracking, and timeline management.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Compile event feedback, engagement metrics, and post-campaign reports for performance analysis. Include documentation of best practices, and learnings.

Learning Outcomes:

• Gain practical experience in end-to-end event management and marketing operations, planning and reporting.
• Develop project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Understand the workflow of enterprise marketing, campaign planning, and partner engagement within a corporate environment.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience in data analytics and Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
