Role Overview: Join us as a Community Engagement Intern to gain hands-on experience in managing communication channels, creating digital content, and supporting event planning. Open to polytechnic and university students with an interest in communications and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft newsletters, EDMs, and digital articles
Manage communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, social media)
Assist in event planning, execution, and project management
Support loyalty program management and strategy using data
Handle publicity and media management for events
Write and edit news copy for various platforms
Requirements:
Strong interest in digital communication, social media, and event management
Good writing skills for digital content and communication platforms
Familiarity with communication tools like WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media
Detail-oriented with project management and organizational skills
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
