Role and Responsibility:
The Operations Executive will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of SPEEDCARGO, primarily ensuring set business objectives are met. You will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day operations for SPEEDCARGO including pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities. You are responsible for customer service, sales, fulfilment and customer feedback. You have to be proficient in handling difficult customer issues including complaints and operations administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have an in-depth understanding of the functions and features of SPEEDCARGO suite of products and develop competence in them
- Capturing on-site information and system requirements from clients for SPEEDCARGO solutions
- Liaising with vendors for timely deployment of SPEEDCARGO system
- Resolve critical or escalated issues arising from the operations on-ground or through customer service portals
- Tend to clients’ enquires and assist with structured collection of customer feedback and reporting to product team
- Support clients’ process transformation by producing training manuals and performing on-ground training
- Oversee and execute on-ground trials deployment and provide trial reports and process documentation
- Perform and participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation
Job Requirements:
- Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently with a goal centric approach and open to take on new and different tasks
- Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate should be comfortable operating in warehouse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel, and ability to comprehend and generate technical drawings
- A degree in Operations Research or Logistics Management or related fields would be an advantage
