• End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling and conducting interviews;
• Onboarding and orientation processes; 
• General HR duties such as taking charge of staff welfare, organizing team bonding / celebrations etc and other related administrative duties; 
• Liaison with government agencies on statutory requirements, surveys etc. 
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation; 
• Submission of IR8A annually; 
• Yearly renewal of employee insurance; 
• Processing salary for full and part timer staff 
• Processing payments for the trainers (monthly) 
• Supporting performance review processes; 
• Leading implementation of HR projects such as salary banding; 
• Off boarding, including exit interview processes. 
• Other ad-hoc duties.
