Job Description
- End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling and conducting interviews;
- Onboarding and orientation processes;
- General HR duties such as taking charge of staff welfare, organizing team bonding / celebrations etc and other related administrative duties;
- Liaison with government agencies on statutory requirements, surveys etc.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation;
- Submission of IR8A annually;
- Yearly renewal of employee insurance;
- Processing salary for full and part timer staff
- Processing payments for the trainers (monthly)
- Supporting performance review processes;
- Leading implementation of HR projects such as salary banding;
- Off boarding, including exit interview processes.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
