Job Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

To develop a treatment catheter for cardiovascular application

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Design and develop cardiovascular-based products. 
  2. Develop cardiovascular implants, catheters, and catheter assemblies/subassemblies according to user needs and product specifications. 
  3. Create reverse engineering drawings for cardiovascular-based products Generating CAD models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks software. 
  4. Responsible for component and assembly documentation for products being developed. 
  5. Develop cardiovascular implants, and catheter assemblies/sub-assemblies according to user needs and product specifications Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS 

  1. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical engineering or related courses. 
  2. Knowledge for medical device is a plus 
  3. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). 
  4. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and work in a collaborative style. 
  5. Good technical skills and proven engineering problem solving ability. 
  6. Experience with Solidworks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. 
  7. Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.
