With a strong commitment to eco-friendly practices and operational efficiency, we aim to expand our services to include cleaning solar panels and windmills.

Cleaning using drone remains our primary focus 

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Work at Height (WAH) Professional to support our drone, robotics, industrial cleaning, inspection, and maintenance operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work-at-height activities are planned, supervised, and executed safely in accordance with Singapore WSH regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and approve Work at Height Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Conduct site assessments and identify potential hazards associated with working at height.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Work at Heights Regulations and company safety requirements.
• Provide guidance on fall prevention and fall protection systems.
• Conduct inspections of ladders, scaffolds, MEWPs, lifelines, anchor points, and other height safety equipment.
• Support planning and execution of drone-based inspections and cleaning activities conducted at elevated locations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings before commencement of work.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, site management, and regulatory authorities on WAH-related matters.
• Maintain safety documentation, permits, and inspection records.
• Participate in emergency response planning and rescue preparedness activities.

Requirements

• Certified Work at Height Professional (WAHP) recognized by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in work-at-height supervision or safety management.
• Strong knowledge of WSH Act, Work at Heights Regulations, and industry safety standards.
• Experience in construction, industrial maintenance, renewable energy, facility management, or drone operations is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare risk assessments and safety documentation independently.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

Preferred Qualifications

• WSH Officer / WSH Coordinator certification.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Experience with wind turbine, façade maintenance, rope access, or drone operations.
• Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
