Job Description

Your scope of work will mainly consist of developing quality standards and quality control for all production in Asia. In detail you will be responsible for :

- Developing/updating Process quality standards for Metal & plastic additive manufacturing processes using FMEA process approach
- Developing Process quality control plan for each typology of process and material based on previously developed FMEA format
- Developing and applying standards to ensure QC and risk management of the different project types in SP3D Asia (Design QC standards, Engineering QC standards, Production QC standards)
- Ensuring QC for all parts delivered to Singapore platform, identify potential NCS, and ensure corrective action
- Lead problem-solving approach (internally with suppliers) to identify root causes of NC’s and ensure non-recurrence of risks
- Update accordingly standards (FMEA / PQCP / QC standards…)
- The development of the different standards, SOPs should be done in-line with ISO 9001 framework
You will be involved in all process improvement activities aiming at efficiency increase and process streamlining.


Requirements and expected skills:

- In-study of a Master degree in Material science or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (Singaporean University or eligible to WHP),
- Experiences with quality control and process implementation will be appreciated,
- Exceptionally motivated and willing to learn,
- Team player,
- Rapid problem solver and conscientious at work,
- Very focused and can operate efficiently with minimal supervision.
