Offer effective non-surgical beauty treatments for thousands of customers, both men and women of all ages. Now, we are currently seeking to invite  qualified candidate to join our team.

Requirements and Job scopes:

• Effectively manage leads
• Identify and assess customer's needs
• Set appointments from leads generated
• Ensure show ups to outlets
• Arrange customer's appointment slots
• Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/smses
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal targets and call handling quotas
• Generation of daily reports
• Liaison with Branch Managers on turn ups
• Handling of inquiries,complaints and feedback
• Other adhoc duties as and when required
• 5 working day per weeks (Include Sat/ Sun/ PH)
• Retail Hours
• Preferably someone who can start immediately
