Job Description
- Conduct basic skin analysis and skin consultation
- Promoting the company’s services and products to customers
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport with customers
- Maintains professional, safe and clean working environment by complying with standard operating procedures
- Achieve sales and other key business targets
- Establish client database with preference records of regular clients
- Handle all inquiries, feedback and complaints of customers
- Undertake all administrative tasks assigned by Branch Manager
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Have a passion in beauty and skin care with customer-oriented mindset is of upmost importance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can react positively to people-oriented situations.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates.
- Able to work retail hours and on weekends and public holidays
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry
- Proficient in MS Office is an advantage
