The Role

Working a 5-day rotating roster, you will focus on providing the most memorable experiences for our clients. You will use your design flair and sales skills to create the most amazing spaces for our clients.

 

Key Focus Areas of the role include:

  • Provide a personalised consultation approach to each client to bring their spaces to life.
  • Provide highest standards of customer service across the client’s journey with SPACE
  • Exceed your sales target by implementing a creative sales strategy, following up on leads and enquiries, and building your sales pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively across all teams and departments to ensure the most exceptional level of end-to-end service for our clients
  • Ensure all sales information is input accurately into our ERP solution.

 

Essential requirements:

  • 2 years' sales experience in high end fashion or retail
  • Passion for Design and Furniture
  • Qualification in Design/Interior Design (Bonus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled relationship builder
  • Proficient in MS 365
