Job Description
Human Resource Officer (6 Months Contract)
- Provide support in consolidating data for system migration
- Handle and be involved in annual performance appraisal exercise i.e. ensure Manager and HOD conducts appraisals with staff, timely submission of appraisal forms, etc
- Maintain training database/documents
- Plan, arrange and liaise with external vendors for training courses.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details
- Positive and pro-active attitude, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS office eg, Excel
