Job Description

Human Resource Officer (6 Months Contract) 

  • Provide support in consolidating data for system migration
  • Handle and be involved in annual performance appraisal exercise i.e. ensure Manager and HOD conducts appraisals with staff, timely submission of appraisal forms, etc
  • Maintain training database/documents
  • Plan, arrange and liaise with external vendors for training courses.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details
  • Positive and pro-active attitude, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS office eg, Excel
