Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities encompassing formulating recruitment strategies and initiatives, job posting, sourcing, scheduling interviews, making job offer and onboarding
  • Taking care of work permits application and ensuring procedures and documents are in place
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Operations Team and support in manpower needs to identify critical positions which need to be hired on weekly basis
  • Liaise with various stakeholders on job advertisements, job fairs and other recruitment channels
  • Review recruitment process and track all recruitment-related data
  • Generating Monthly & new start-up projects recruitment reports

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in multi-channel / multi-source recruitment in a fast paced and dynamic organization
  • Possess Diploma in any discipline
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and MOM Guidelines
  • Experience working in the Security Industry would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
