Sousvidelicious is restaurant-quality “easy gourmet” food, pre-portioned and pre-cooked through the sous vide cooking method at virtually 95% completion delivered to you, finished off easily for any occasion. Our meals, using the technique of vacuum-sealed cooking in precise circulated water baths, is pre-cooked to convenient heat and eat portions to be finished off conveniently follow simple finishing step-by-step instructions. This safer and more sustainable way of cooking prepared through sous vide offers time eliminating convenience while providing a product with less waste and a longer shelf life, and most importantly providing the customer with restaurant quality food with minimal effort.
We are looking for a creative content creator, with a flair for design. You will need to have strong organisational skill with the ability to work with tight deadlines and take initiatives.

Day to day you will be involved in leading all aspects of marketing and communications across various platforms, with a key role in ensuring the objectives for the business are met. You will be working closely with the founders to drive revenue and growth as well as assist in creating strategic partnerships and events.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver 360 social media marketing strategies
* Content creation & copywriting for social media
* Engage and manage media and PR enquirer / influencers
* Background in digital and social media management

Social Media Management
* Coordinate and manage all day-to-day social media activities. Leading the briefing and delivery of content for all social media channels. Working across multiple platforms and formats.
* Drive content ideas from ideation and concept stage through production and post-production.
* Regularly meet with founders to determine seasonal stories and identify opportunities to cover key products in organic ways.
* Report and interpret analytics and social listening tools to inform future content-making decisions.
* Research new ideas and channels, stay on top of new platforms and digital social trends.
* Create “of the moment” content to complement pre-planned content.
* Understand Sousvidelicious' unique brand positioning and stay true to brand equity through all social content.
* Have a strong understanding of celebrity chefs, Food bloggers, Food industry and have the willingness to work with industry experts and influencers
* Drive reach and engagement on social media channels by helping to define strategic development and execution of engaging, shareable, on-brand ideas.
* Set strategic and actionable objectives and KPIs and maintain a monthly reporting schedule that includes performance against set KPIs.
* Identify on-brand User Generated Content for share opportunities.
* Support the development of tactics to grow our online audience and engagement levels across all channels and grow our community
* Understand web & social listening tools and analysis for trending content, conversations, topics, events & news.
* Understand and navigate our existing network of relationships and continue to create meaningful relationships with key influencers, media and platforms
