SoReal Prop initiative was first initiated in early June 2016 by three agency leaders from ERA, Huttons and PropNex who shared a common goal; to improve the industry, strengthen salespersons’ professionalism and provide value-added services to their clients. Their ultimate aim is to provide the industry with a more streamlined real estate transaction process between salespersons and consumers.
SoReal Prop not only aims to strengthen professionalism in the industry but also increase transparency amongst consumers, providing them with information such as the price, location as well as clients’ reviews of real estate salespersons.
SoReal Prop offers platforms for both salespersons and consumers to benefit from. As part of the SoReal umbrella, there will be two different apps and a portal. RealAgent App, RealHome App (BETA) and the SoReal Prop portal. Agents will be equipped with RealAgent app to serve their customers in real-time and consumers will be able to use RealHome to find or sell properties with transparency.
SoReal Prop technology platform serves as the central repository for property data and hosting vetted listings. The portal governs the data by using technologies and controllers together with the Property Consortium mandated by the real estate agencies and their leaders.
We are looking for a mobile developer who is specialized in ReactNative, be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android/IOS devices. Your primary focus will be the development of ReactNative applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.
A ReactNative developer is responsible for developing applications for devices powered by the Android/IOS operating system. Due to the fragmentation of this ecosystem, an ReactNative developer must pay special attention to the application’s compatibility with multiple versions of Android/IOS and different device type. They must also have a strong understanding of the patterns and practices that revolve around such a platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced applications for the ReactNative platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and create new features.
- Work with outside data sources and API’s
- Building it while keeping security in mind.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Suggest, plan and execute new ideas as a team
