Specific Responsibilities:

• Learn to provide/handle technical support for resolution of systems problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries raised by clients for the projects.
• Liaise with other support teams, project teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
• Write proper documentation and notification.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

• Active participation in learning and handling technical support for systems issues, incidents, requests and queries by clients
• How to engage and communicate with internal stakeholders and/or Clients
• Gain practical experience in using specialised systems / servers
