Our company has established a wide network of international packers and traders. Our goal is to help our clients grow their business, by leveraging on our strong reputation and extensive network of suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to sales enquiries and orders; follow up with customers
• Process, monitor and expedite customer order to ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Prepare Sales Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, etc
• Follow up on delivery schedules and coordinate with delivery personnel on delivery of goods and payment received
• Perform any other administrative function but not limited to general filing, tracking of quotation, delivery order and invoices
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and above
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Pleasant personality, energetic, multi-tasking and independent
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills to achieve customer satisfaction and quality of services
• Computer literate is a must
• Must be willing to work at Jurong area
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
