Sonder By Co – Junior Graphic Designer (Wedding) Customer Liaison

We are a Wedding Stationary Company, providing/designing Wedding Invitation cards, Menu Cards, Place Cards, Wedding Favors etc. We provide services for established F&B lifestyle/theme Restaurants as well as Hotels in Singapore.

WHAT’S THE JOB?

The Junior Graphic Designer role is responsible for conceptualising and creating print and digital creatives that will be implemented across the company. The role also includes developing and supporting Wedding and Corporate digital marketing campaigns, facilitating communications with agencies and vendors, and administrative tasks.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Conceptualising and implementing distinctive visuals and creatives for the company, and partner’s outlet
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Understanding online and offline marketing channels to deliver the most effective marketing message
• Develop layout and production design for collateral including, and not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media, digital ads, company packaging, menus, and reports
• Understanding overall department and Company goals, and shaping and incorporating digital tools, in accordance to achieving these objectives
• Copy writing
• Conceptualising creative campaigns to communicate stories and successfully drive promotions
• Builds Company profile with proper branding
• Liaising with digital agencies, suppliers, printers, designers and photographers
• Surveys and updates on competitor activity
• Develop illustrations and logos
• Photography and videography
• Photo and video editing
• Supporting and driving on and offline marketing campaigns
• Coordinating marketing events
• Website maintenance and content marketing

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 1 year of experience in design work (Freelance jobs are considered)
• Excellent Customer Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Results-Oriented & Highly Motivated
• Familiarity with design software and technology (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premier Pro, Adobe Animate)
• Knowledgeable in photography and videography
• Basic written, copywriting and verbal communication skills.
