We are a edu-tech startup which develops an app to provide timely academic solutions to student's questions.
- Job Description
a. Provide accurate and clear solutions to user questions (primary Math and Science) deposited in the SMQ Tutor Portal Questions Pool based on the standing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
b. Ensure availability during your assigned shift for each day.
c. Respond to relevant WhatsApp messages within five (5) minutes during your shifts, and within two 2 hours outside your shift hours (within 6am to 11pm) on work days.
d. Other Miscellaneous Tasks as directed by Chief Operating Officer
