Project requirements overview

Provide advice to our client and design practical solutions to address issues and problems. This is achieved through a thorough understanding of our clients’ stated (and sometimes unstated) needs, comprehensive research and analysis, the application of robust tools and methodologies, and innovative solutioning.

Phase(s) or major tasks which interns will be involved

• Gather information / data from a variety of sources
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of processes, data, organisation structures, etc.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on outcomes from the analyses
• Design and support the implementation of talent management programmes such as competency modelling, performance management, etc.
• Support clients in their transformational journey thought the design and implementation of organisational change programmes
• Preparing of documents / materials / reports
• Other adhoc duties assigned
