Job Description

Project Sales Engineer Progressive Pathway to Becoming a Project Manager (Sales and Project Management Role)


We are a company that provides Solar and EV Charging Solutions, and we are currently looking for an Engineering graduate who is about to complete their degree or has recently graduated at the Master's level. This individual will join us as a Project Sales Engineer and will advance into a Project Manager role in 18-24 months with training provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing solar and EV charging engineering projects, overseeing project documentation, and coordinating with all parties involved, including contractors, LEWs, and others.Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new business leads for the company's solar and EV charging solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and to provide appropriate solutions and support.
  • Have a strong technical background and deep understanding of solar and EV charging systems, as well as related technologies, such as energy storage systems.
  • Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's solar and EV charging solutions and to generate new business leads.
  • Work closely with other members of the sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of customers.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Master's level graduates preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of solar and EV charging systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Sales and marketing experience is a plus
  • EP sponsorship available
