Job Summary:
Responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of research and communications activities. The role will support the Brand & Comms function in Malaysia-Singapore and Asia Pacific.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare communications collateral to support different business requirements, e.g. newsletters, thought leadership articles, PR campaigns, PowerPoint proposals and strategic planning projects
- Digital Communications: update the corporate website in a timely manner; plan social media calendar and draft posts
- Project Support: support communication needs for upcoming projects as well as employee engagement activities
Desired Skills and Experience
- Prior internship / working experience is preferred
- Strong communicator - able to liaise with various stakeholders independently
- Strong writing skills and detail-oriented
- Website management experience will be advantageous
Others
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fluent in English; understanding of Chinese or Malay is an advantage
