Asia-Pacific Ethics & Compliance Committee is looking for an Intern to support Sodexo’s ethics and compliance program in Asia-Pacific region.

Job Description

The role will support the deployment of Ethics & Compliance program in Asia-Pacific region in line with Sodexo Responsible Business Conduct. The Intern will be working with the Region Ethics & Compliance Chairmen and Ethics & Committee Working Group.

The Intern will:

Support and coordinate the implementation of various Ethics & Compliance activities

Collaborate with different functions and levels in the organization (Group, Region, Country)

Track and follow-up countries regarding status/progress, issues and other matters

Prepare dashboard reporting and other management requirements or deliverables

Assist in building collaboration tools, standard documents, templates, etc.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

Proactive, with an ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment

Good communication skills, fluent English (written and spoken)

Good presentation skills, ability to interact at any level of the organization

Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, etc.)
