Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the restaurant.
  • Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
  • Propose and lead training programs 
  • Scheduling shifts and assigning stations to waitstaff.
  • Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
  • Purchasing, kitchen utensils, and equipment as stock is damaged or depleted.
  • Compiling supplier invoices and liaising with accounts for Accounts Payables.
  • Petty cash and cheque book management
  • Ensure standards and level of service daily
  • Daily reporting for sales and targets announcement and push
  • Implement and supervise SOP

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a restaurant.
