Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Produce high-quality visuals, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual content.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that support campaigns and messaging goals.

• Illustration & Animation (Preferred): Design custom illustrations or simple animations for social media or other digital platforms.

• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• Experience: 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within mission-driven organizations.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

  • Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design work.

  • Knowledge of animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
