Snaphunt – UI / UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX and Graphic Designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

You will also work on a variety of products, including websites, mobile apps, digital marketing images/videos, corporate identity, social media etc. Able to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. Be ready to work collaboratively as part of a team with developers, designers, marketers, etc.

Your responsibilities include:

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and engineers.
• Understanding product specifications and user psychology.
• Creating, improving and using wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Creating overall concepts for the user experience and ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers.
• Presenting and defending UI/UX design decisions - all design decisions should align with the overall design roadmap as well as fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Building storyboards to conceptualise designs and convey project plans to clients and management
• Conducting concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
• Maintaining and defining visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience.
• Strong ability to design concept across variety of products, web-based portals, online marketing banners, social media platforms and interactive websites and present ideas to clients
• Collaborating with product team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product visuals and experience for marketing purpose, eg: infographics, newsletter and collaterals.
• Developing on-brand and engaging creatives that meet business objectives and cut across digital and print platforms

• You have at least 1 year of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI / UX design.
• You have hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• You have experience with prototyping/wireframing tools i.e. Sketch, Framer, Figma, Adobe XD
• You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and visual design programs.
• You have experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Having knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript will be an added advantage
• You have creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
• You are open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• You possess excellent written and good spoken communication skills in English
