The Job

Our client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for the overall processing of technical support requests that come in from customers. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring support requests are dealt with in a timely manner and updating CRM appropriately.
• Ensuring RMAs and Support cases are resolved successfully, and the knowledge base is updated.
• Pre and post-sales activities including gathering and utilizing Internal & external customer feedback to lead continued sales and growth.
• Providing technical assistance to the sales team on an as-needed basis.
• Understanding of IP Networks (addressing, protocols, switches, etc.).

• Fluent in Mandarin and English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• You have the ability to work well under pressure.
• You have the ability to time manage multiple tasks.
• You have the ability to travel on regular and short notice.
• You have a professional and confident telephone manner.
• You are a positive team player with excellent communication skills.
• You have competence with MS Office applications and Operating systems.
• You have Hardware/Software testing experience
