The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- You have to Coordinate with the Lead and Business Development Team to identify staffing needs and Determine selection criteria
- You need to Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Social Media platforms and professional networks)
- You have to Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- You need to Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- You have to Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate
- You will be Analyzing and clearly understanding job requirements from clients such as job descriptions, qualifications, and other skills
- You need to take care of the Operation and administration of the recruitment & selection process.
- You need to take care of Candidates Interviewing and pre-screening CVs
- You will be Sourcing the potential candidates, screening, interviewing, selecting, job approach, and interview arrangement between client and candidate.
- You will be supporting clients and candidates for the salary and benefits offer process and negotiation
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have 2-5 Years of Experience in APAC IT Recruitment and Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards for APAC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
