The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You have to Coordinate with the Lead and Business Development Team to identify staffing needs and Determine selection criteria
  • You need to Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Social Media platforms and professional networks)
  • You have to Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • You need to Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • You have to Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate
  • You will be Analyzing and clearly understanding job requirements from clients such as job descriptions, qualifications, and other skills
  • You need to take care of the Operation and administration of the recruitment & selection process.
  • You need to take care of Candidates Interviewing and pre-screening CVs
  • You will be Sourcing the potential candidates, screening, interviewing, selecting, job approach, and interview arrangement between client and candidate.
  • You will be supporting clients and candidates for the salary and benefits offer process and negotiation

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required: 

  • You have 2-5 Years of Experience in APAC IT Recruitment and Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards for APAC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
